We were very surprised to receive a letter from our penguin friends telling us about their latest adventures. Their names are Penny and Paddy and they have travelled to a new school. We decided to write letters back to them. Luckily we have a post box opposite our school and were able to post our letters. We look forward to hearing back from them.
Today in school was extra exciting. We had our Crazy Hair Day to raise money for the Children's Hospice and we got to make pancakes! We made crepes and loved putting chocolate spread on them. Everyone agreed they were very tasty.
Primary 1,2,3 are taught by Mrs. Killough and Miss McKay.
In class we have been looking at the topic of 'Ourselves.' We have talked about how to keep our bodies healthy. We decided to make a rainbow of fruit for our snack. Everyone helped wash and cut the fruit. We all agreed it was very yummy, some people tried fruits that they had never had before.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
